Job summary

ASG Home Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in New Jersey. You will work one‑on‑one with individuals in home and community settings, following each ISP to promote independence and daily living skills.

We offer $18–$24/hour based on experience and case assignment, with Sunday–Friday 1 pm–6 pm shifts and flexible scheduling. CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain is required or encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Prior caregiving, DSP, or human services experience preferred but not required
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to make a difference

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities

Position Overview

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with ASG Home Care, you will provide hands‑on support that promotes independence, community engagement, and daily living success. As a Direct Support Professional, you will work one‑on‑one with individuals in both home and community settings while following each person's Individualized Service Plan (ISP).
