Job summary

Sevita is seeking a dedicated caregiver in Brandon, Florida to help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live well. Full-time afternoons/evenings shift at Kingsway location offers meaningful work, compassionate support, and opportunities to build real relationships with participants.

You will assist with personal care, support community participation, and coordinate with a team that values dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Promote community participation and engage in activities.
