Job summary

Delta-T Group in Arlington Heights is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist developmentally disabled individuals. This role includes providing direct care, supporting daily living activities, and ensuring the health and independence of consumers.

All shifts are available, primarily 2nd and 3rd, and training will be provided for candidates without experience. This position offers flexibility with both part-time and full-time opportunities as well as a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; training and certification will be provided.
• Ability to assist individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Willingness to work varying shifts including nights and weekends.

Job Description

Direct Support Professional

Delta T Group is currently seeking Direct Support Professional to assist with the care of developmentally disabled individuals. DSP staff is responsible for the delivery of quality services while promoting independence, health and safety of the consumers served.

Provide direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities including assistance with activities of daily living such as assistance with daily skills, providing limited transportation using vehicles, and implementation and documentation of behavior support plans.

• Certified & Non-certified Direct Support Professionals – will train and certify those without experience
• Part time / full time, & shift work
• DSP-Direct Support Professional certified and non-certified
• No Experience necessary – will train and certify

All shifts available, primarily 2nd and 3rd with the option of up to 40 hours per week.
