Achieva in Greensburg, PA is seeking Direct Support Professionals to promote health, safety, and independence for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will assist with daily living, accompany to appointments, and document progress in accordance with program standards.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, PA driver’s license, background clearances (Act 33/34 and FBI), CPR within six months, and 1 year of related experience preferred.

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) plays a vital role in promoting the health, safety, and well-being of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You’ll support daily living activities, community engagement, and personal development, while advocating for individual choice and dignity.
