Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to establish a comfortable and supportive relationship.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to individuals tailored to their Individual Support Plan.
• Assist with daily routines including cooking and cleaning.
• Monitor health and medical needs of individuals.
