Job summary

Mosaic is hiring Direct Support Professionals to guide people served in building daily living skills and independence. You will create a supportive environment, help individuals pursue personal goals, and ensure safety and health needs are met.

We offer daily pay, education assistance, health benefits, a retirement plan, PTO from day one, and a sign-on bonus for overnight shifts. Night shifts include an extra $1,000; a comprehensive onboarding program is provided.

Qualifications

• No experience required; thorough training provided.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license where applicable.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Role involves physical activity including standing, walking, bending, kneeling and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of daily living skills and activities.
• Help individuals identify and achieve personal goals for independence.
• Monitor comfort and safety and meet medical, nutritional and personal care needs.
• Provide emotional support and assist with housekeeping, meals and laundry.
