Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network in Bothell, WA is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide personalized assistance to participants in community and home settings. This full-time role offers an hourly rate of $20.50 and requires transportation and a valid driver's license.

Under supervision, you will implement Individual Instruction and Support Plans, promote dignity, support community involvement, and complete documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum Experience: personal experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities with challenging behaviors preferred.
• Minimum Driving Experience: valid in-state driver's license and current car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to program participants, enabling community integration and safe living environments.
• Familiar with Residential Service Guidelines issued by the DDD.
• Implements participants’ IISP with instruction and support services.
• Manages daily needs including hygiene, meals, housekeeping, medication monitoring, and transportation as needed.
• Maintains dignity and rights of participants and documents activities accurately.
