Seven Hills Foundation in Massachusetts is seeking a Direct Support Professional II to provide day-to-day care for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities and ABI/TBI. You will support personal care, daily living tasks, and community participation, while promoting dignity and independence.

The role offers a weekend-friendly, 35-hour workweek with competitive pay: $20.50 for awake hours (MAP cert adds $1.00), and $17.50 for asleep hours; schedule is Sunday, Monday, Wednesday,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license (Class C or D).
• 1–3 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support household tasks, meal prep, and shopping to promote independence.
• Accompany participants to appointments and follow care plans.
