Beacon Specialized Living is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health challenges, and autism in daily life. You’ll support independence, participate in activities, and help with personal care in a safe home environment.

As a DSP, you’ll receive training and gain opportunities for advancement through the LEAP Program, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Responsabilités

• Assist with daily living skills and personal care.

• Administer medications as directed (training provided).
• Maintain documentation and advocate for individuals served.
• Promote dignity, respect, and person-centered support.
