Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals with IDD in Bellefonte, PA and surrounding areas. You will support ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently.

There is a $1,000 signing bonus, paid onboarding and ongoing training. We offer flexible schedules with full-time and part-time options, weekly pay, and opportunities for growth in a mission-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates compassionate, reliable caregiving for individuals with IDD.
• Strong communication with clients, families, and team members.
• Ability to follow care plans and document needs accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with daily living activities and independence.
