Abound Health is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently.

This role offers flexible schedules and a $1,000 signing bonus with paid onboarding. Abound Health has been operating in the I/DD space for over 20 years and is a mission-driven company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks.
• Experience with disabilities not required; paid training provided.

As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently. Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma/GED
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation

• Comfortable supporting shy individuals and building rapport
• Ability to drive for community outings (required)
