Join a dedicated team: you will support 24-hour training requirements, assist with driving individuals in the community, and provide reliable, interpersonal care on flexible schedules including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be compassionate and care for the well-being of others.
• Background checks completed as part of the hiring process.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to accommodate multiple assignments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Individuals as they develop and maintain skills to improve daily living and social skills
• Engage in activities with Individuals to live more independently within the community
• Maintain annual 24 hour training requirements
