Kindly Direct Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one support to adults with IDD in homes and communities across New Jersey. You will help individuals build life skills, pursue personal goals, and increase independence through compassionate, client-centered care.

The role emphasizes mentorship, advocacy, and teamwork, with paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass all required background checks and screenings.
• Ability to complete required training and certification requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one DSP support to individuals in homes and communities.
• Help individuals develop life skills, independence, and goals per support plans.
• Assist with daily living activities and transportation as needed.
• Document progress and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
• Collaborate with supervisors, families, and care teams.
