Job summary

Rise Family in Chinle, AZ is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist people with disabilities in daily living, hygiene, meal prep, mobility and behavioral supports.

Openings across residential homes, day programs and community settings with on-site training; competitive hourly rate and flexible schedules.

Applicants must be 18+, able to pass background checks, and have reliable transportation to the work site.

Qualifications

• Must have a desire to work with people with disabilities.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Ability to pass background checks with state agencies and obtain clearance.
• Must meet minimum training requirements and renewals as assigned.
• Reliable transportation to the work site and for transporting people, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with daily living, hygiene, meal prep, mobility, and behavioral supports.
• Support individuals in residential homes, day programs, and community settings.
• Help with transportation and accompany clients as needed.
• Follow care plans and maintain safety and documentation.
