Job summary

ASG Home Care is actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities throughout New Jersey. We offer consistent hours, local cases, and a supportive team that sets Direct Support Professionals up for success.

As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide hands-on support to promote independence and daily living success, working one-on-one with individuals in home and community settings while following each

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each clients ISP.
Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
