Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals with disabilities.
• Must pass background checks and drug screening.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Flexible availability for full-time and part-time shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized support and assistance to individuals with disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation.
• Encourage and facilitate community involvement and social activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and progress notes.
• Collaborate with team members to create and implement individual support plans.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients at all times.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
