I Am Boundless, Inc. in North Royalton, OH is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide direct programming and essential daily supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

This full-time role supports residents on a standard schedule and helps them participate in daily living activities. We offer substantial benefits including a 401(k) with 5% matching, annual increases, paid time off, medical, dental and vision insurance, FSA, DCA, life and disability

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate in English, both spoken and written.
• Valid Driver’s License and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct programming and/or dietary, laundry, toileting or housekeeping support to persons with I/DD.
• Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in daily activities.
