This full-time role offers on-site work with individuals who have intellectual or developmental disabilities and other needs. No experience required; paid training provided to help you get started.

You’ll help with daily living tasks, safety, and personal care, while documenting care using tech. We offer comprehensive benefits, competitive wage starting at $18.00 per hour, and growth

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License for transporting persons served.
• Successful background clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene, housekeeping, laundry and more.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care using available technology.
