Job summary

Key Human Services in Bloomfield, CT seeks Direct Support Professionals to provide individualized, person-directed support for adults with intellectual disabilities, mental health needs, and autism. You will help with daily living skills, personal care, and community participation in a respectful, inclusive setting.

Full-time, part-time, and casual/per diem roles available; wages start at $20.50–$20.75 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid time

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Effective communication and basic computer skills are required.
• Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle is required.
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, person-directed support to adults with intellectual disabilities, mental health needs, and autism.
• Assist with daily living skills, personal care, and advocacy for health and wellness.
• Support community participation and inclusion for individuals served.
