Job summary

Mosaic is hiring Direct Support Professionals to help people served develop daily living skills and live as independently as possible in Coventry, CT. This role emphasizes compassionate support, active listening, and practical teaching to empower participants.

You'll assist with daily activities, monitor safety, support goals, and help with meals, housekeeping and personal care. Training is provided; 18+ and a valid US driver's license may be required where applicable.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid U.S. driver's license where applicable.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physically active; standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 25–50 lb.
• Comfort with housekeeping, meal prep and laundry tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of daily living skills and activities.
• Help clients identify and achieve personal goals.
• Monitor safety and medical/nutritional/personal care needs.
