Job summary

Passavant Memorial Homes Family of Services is seeking responsible, caring Direct Support Professionals in Natrona Heights, PA. You will provide direct care, support independence, and help with daily activities for individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and behavioral health needs.

Compensation includes a $20.00 per hour wage (with block shift premiums on some positions) and a comprehensive benefits package, plus opportunities for career development and NADSP certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care services to individuals with intellectual disabilities and assist with daily living, social, and recreational activities.
• Support and promote maximum independence for individuals.
• Participate in development and implementation of the individual support plan.
• Ensure the safety and well‑being of the individuals in care.
• Encourage participation in activities at home and in the community.
• Administer medications (upon completion of certification; training provided) and maintain related logs.
