• Accurately record daily progress according to the service plan and IEP.
• Facilitate community engagement and social activities.

• Encourage client growth and development.

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide in-home support, as outlined in each client’s ISP and Service Plan. If you enjoy assisting others with daily activities and fostering personal growth, we want to hear from you!

Hours

• Monday through Friday: 4 PM – 8 PM
• Weekends: Flexible for community outings
• During school breaks: 10 AM – 6 PM

Salary Range

$14.00 per hour

Total Hours

Minimum of 20 hours per week, with potential for up to 40 hours per week.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care: grooming, hygiene, and hair care.
• Provide domestic assistance: cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
• Support health and safety: medications, physical exercises.
• Accurately record daily progress according to the service plan and IEP.
• Facilitate community engagement and social activities.

• Encourage and support client growth and development at home and in the community.
