Devereux in Winter Park, FL is seeking a Direct Support Leader (DSP Lead) to mentor and guide staff delivering behavioral health support to adolescents and adults.
Responsibilities include personal care, behavioral support, skill development, crisis intervention, documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Pay Range: Starts at $19.00 - $22.21 / hr. PLUS additional compensation: Shift differential (up to $2.00 / hour). Relevant experience in field (up to $2.00 / hour). Credit for higher education ($.48/hr for Bachelors degree; $.72 / hr for Masters degree).
Schedule: 1st shift (7am-3pm), 2nd shift (2:00pm to 11:00pm), and 3rd shift (11:00pm-9:00am).
