Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and perform administrative duties.
• Supervise a team of caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide direct support to individuals, including assistance with meal preparation and personal care.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings.
