Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning in Massachusetts seeks a Direct Support Professional Lead to provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. You will help with daily activities, including household chores, meals, recreation, and fitness, while advocating for residents' needs and preferences.

The DSP Lead will represent residents, participate in planning and program implementation, and work as part of a collaborative, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities in a professional setting strongly preferred.
• Basic computer skills; Therap software experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathy, enthusiasm, and dedication to helping others.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living support including chores, meals, recreation, and fitness.
• Represent residents' needs and contribute to program planning and implementation.
