As a caregiver, you’ll assist people with personal hygiene, support those with developmental goals, and help participants participate in the community. We value compassion, reliability, and a patient, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable and responsible.

Responsabilités

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants in achieving developmental goals (e.g., budgeting, exercise, nutrition).
• Help participants participate in community activities and outings.

What You’ll Bring To Sevita

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management

• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
