Sevita is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a community-based setting in Minnesota. This role offers full-time evening shifts with competitive pay of $17.85 per hour and a robust benefits package including 401(k) with a 3% company match.

You will help participants with daily living tasks and community participation. Join a mission-driven team and build rewarding relationships while promoting independence and growth for those we serve.

Competenze

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care or care coordination preferred.
• High school diploma not required.
• Strong communication, adaptability and patience are essential.
• Reliable and compassionate approach to caregiving.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle with insurance.

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
