Richmond Behavioral Health is seeking a PRN peer support specialist on our North Campus to provide recovery-oriented mentorship and emotional support. The role involves engaging clients, facilitating peer-led groups, guiding goal setting, and coordinating transportation where needed.

No certification is required; you will work under supervision while contributing to a recovery-focused care team in a 24-hour facility.

Competenze

• Must have lived experience with recovery.
• No certification required for the role.
• Ability to provide peer-led support in behavioral health or substance use recovery.

North Campus is 24 hour facility, hiring for PRN staff to work day, evening, and/or overnight shifts.
