Allstate Insurance is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive new business, cross‑sell, and retention. You will build a local pipeline, market products in the community, and convert opportunities through outbound prospecting.

The Direct Sales Agent Specialist (Direct Auto Insurance is an Allstate Business) is responsible for the profitable growth and attainment of business goals by driving new business sales and understanding customers’ needs to build rapport and trust. This position drives sales and builds and retains its book of business within the market/retail location. The role focuses on attracting and generating new customers and cross‑selling existing customers, in support of our product offerings including but not limited to Auto, Life, Auto Club, and Roadside Assistance. She or he will sell to walk‑in customers, market products outside of the office via marketing calls and in‑person visits to create community relationships to promote continued growth and assists customers in the office.
Base compensation: $20.00 per hour.
Total compensation may include incentive pay, such as commissions and bonuses, based on individual and team performance.
