Job summary

Direct Auto Insurance is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive growth by acquiring new business and cross-selling to existing customers, both in person and by phone.

You will build a local pipeline, develop community relationships, and work with leadership on sales and marketing initiatives, while staying informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and competitive market conditions.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of sales experience.
• P&C licensing preferred or licensure within 90 days.
• Ability to build a pipeline with local lead generation and referrals.
• Comfort working in a retail/store environment and over the phone.

Job Description

The Direct Sales Agent Specialist is responsible for driving profitable growth by generating new business, cross-selling existing customers, and building lasting relationships. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, and maintaining a strong book of business.

This role sells to local customers both in person and over the phone, while driving growth through community involvement, relationship building, and outside marketing efforts.

As a Direct Sales Agent Specialist, you will:

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention

Compensation

Base compensation: $20.00 per hour
