Job summary

Direct Auto Insurance in Largo, FL is hiring a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive profitable growth by generating new business, cross-selling, and building lasting relationships in the local market.

You will sell to customers in person and over the phone, develop a community pipeline, and collaborate with leadership on local marketing initiatives while staying knowledgeable about products, underwriting guidelines, and competitive trends. Base pay is $20/hour plus incentives.

Qualifications

• P&C licensing preferred or must attain licensure within 90 days.

Job Description

The Direct Sales Agent Specialist is responsible for driving profitable growth by generating new business, cross-selling existing customers, and building lasting relationships. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, and maintaining a strong book of business.

Compensation
