Qualifications

• Experience in planning and procuring direct raw materials for manufacturing.
• Strong ability to develop and implement optimized supply plans based on demand, orders, MPS, and S&OP outputs.
• Proven track record in managing purchase orders, supplier performance, and cost-efficient logistics.

Responsibilities

• Plan and procure direct raw materials for production and subcontracted processes.
• Develop and implement optimized supply plans based on demand forecasts, customer orders, MPS, and S&OP outputs.
• Place and follow up on purchase orders and requisitions, from issuance to delivery.
• Record and verify PO confirmations in ERP systems (e.g., M3) and ensure data integrity.
• Define and maintain inventory policies (safety stock, reorder points, lot sizes) for optimal service and cost.
• Monitor inventory levels (raw materials, in-transit, consignment) and manage stock risk.
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement and planning.
• Collaborate with suppliers to address delays, adjust schedules, and explore alternate sources.
