Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse (DPC RN) to provide patient-family centered care across our facilities. The role requires a licensed RN, with proficiency in assessment, technical skills, communication, critical thinking, and leadership, delivering safe, high-quality care.

Candidates should hold an Associate's degree in Nursing, with BSN encouraged for leadership advancement; various certifications such as ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, and chemotherapy/biotherapy

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Active RN license; ACLS/BLS/PALS/NRP certification or equivalent.
• BSN preferred for leadership track; may depend on hire date.
• Ability to deliver patient-family centered care using evidence-based standards.
