Aegis Manufacturing & Engineering is seeking a hands-on Buyer to convert requisitions into purchase orders via SAP/MRP, manage POs end-to-end, and ensure on-time delivery. You’ll expedite when needed and resolve invoicing issues with Accounting/AP.

• 1+ year of purchasing experience in manufacturing.
• Hands-on SAP experience in purchasing/procurement including MRP.
• Full-cycle purchasing: PO creation, vendor confirmations, expediting, issue resolution.
• Clear communication, organization, collaboration, ownership of outcomes.
• Comfort with Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Nice to have: 3+ years buying, advanced Excel, supplier sourcing, or contract/project work.

Responsabilidades

• Convert approved requisitions into POs via MRP and manage end-to-end.
• Create, place, confirm, and steward POs through delivery; expedite when needed.
• Continuously monitor MRP to determine what to buy and timing for on-time supply.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal partners to resolve delivery, purchasing, and invoicing issues.
• Track inventory positions; analyze backorders, cost variances, and supplier performance gaps.
• Keep SAP/ERP data current, clean, and actionable; report procurement KPIs.
• Work with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Accounting/AP, and vendor contacts.

Your day, your impactStart your morning scanning SAP MRP exceptions, translating demand signals into clean, accurate purchase orders. You’ll line up confirmations with suppliers, expedite critical materials, and keep production flowing without a hitch.
