Uline, a North American leader in shipping, industrial and packaging materials, is seeking a Direct Marketing Analyst. This on-site role in Pleasant Prairie, WI focuses on turning data into insights, measuring campaign performance and helping shape marketing strategies for a large distributor.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required or pursuing degree in marketing, analytics, or related field.
• Marketing experience or coursework preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Experience with SAS, SQL, or similar statistics tools is a plus.

Position Responsibilities

• Support direct marketing strategy through data-driven campaign recommendations, project management and improving reporting processes.
• Execute marketing campaigns, including setup, targeting, approvals, auditing and invoicing.
• Analyze campaign performance, data and processes to identify trends, develop performance reporting and recommend improvements.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and present to executive leadership to guide decision-making.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Marketing experience or related coursework preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in SAS, SQL or other programming and statistical tools a plus.
