Qualifications

• Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign (INDD).
• Strong working knowledge of XMPie for Variable Data Printing (VDP).
• Experience with direct mail production and print file setup.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with postal regulations and mail piece specifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and layout direct mail pieces using Adobe InDesign.
• Set up and execute variable data print (VDP) campaigns using XMPie.
• Collaborate with data teams to ensure seamless personalization integration.
• Prepare print-ready files and liaise with production teams to meet deadlines.
• Maintain design consistency across formats and client needs.
• Troubleshoot file and printing issues and follow best practices for output.
