Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or relevant financial software.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized; able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in-office and participate in on-site training Monday through Friday, with varying hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Conversion: Convert warm inbound inquiries into qualified mortgage applications.
• CRM Management: Record customer interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
• Phone Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations to guide clients through the mortgage process.
• Regulatory Compliance: Uphold industry regulations and manage related risks.
• Client Retention: Provide post-application support to build long-term relationships.
