Qualifications

• Active RN license is mandatory.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and document findings.
• Educate patients and families and advocate for long-term health.
• Maintain compliance with all policies and regulatory guidelines.
