Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; industrial experience preferred.
• Must certify to operate a forklift and be able to work 8- or 12-hour shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Experience in a heavy-manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load new coils into presses and maintain continuous operation per SOP.
• Inspect blanks visually and by gauge; record results per SOP.
• Monitor incoming strip quality and perform continuous inspection.
• Enter data into EPICOR and verify operation of press lubrication.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and assist maintenance during PMs.
• Support secondary tasks such as lubrication makeup and dryer material changes.
