Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is partnering with a Bedford, NH-based manufacturer to recruit an RF Engineer who will contribute across the full product lifecycle from concept to production. You will work with antenna design, RF/microwave systems, and cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions.

The role requires hands-on design and testing experience, with proficiency in HFSS/ADS or MATLAB. Candidates should have 5+ years in RF design and the ability to obtain a DoD clearance; U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Background in RF engineering, antenna design, microwave engineering, or a similar discipline.
• Experience with RF/antenna simulation and modeling software such as HFSS, ADS, or MATLAB.
• Understanding of RF components, testing, and performance validation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RF and antenna products from concept through production
• Create custom antenna solutions based on customer requirements

Job description

Adecco is working with a growing manufacturing company in Bedford, NH who is adding an RF Engineer to its engineering team. This is a hands‑on opportunity to work across the entire product lifecycle—from antenna design and prototyping to testing, manufacturing, and customer support .

You’ll work with technologies such as stripline, microstrip, and advanced RF/antenna systems , while partnering with customers, engineers, and manufacturing teams to develop customized solutions.

Key Responsibilities

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field

• Background in RF engineering, antenna design, microwave engineering , or a similar discipline

• Experience with RF/antenna simulation and modeling software such as HFSS, ADS, or MATLAB

• Understanding of RF components, testing, and performance validation

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities

• Comfortable working hands‑on with engineering, manufacturing, and test teams

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to customers and colleagues

• 5+ years of RF design/testing experience preferred ; strong recent graduates with relevant RF/antenna coursework or projects will also be considered

• U.S. citizenship required

• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance

Pay Details: $90,000.00 per year
