Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services in Camarillo, CA is seeking experienced Cleanroom Inspectors and Quality Control Inspectors to join a medical device manufacturing team. This direct-hire role emphasizes accuracy, GMP documentation, and adherence to cleanroom protocols in a regulated production setting.

The position requires 3+ years in quality control inspection, use of calipers/gauges, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of quality control inspection or related inspection experience.
• Experience using calipers, gauges, rulers, and other inspection tools.
• Knowledge of GMP practices and quality documentation.
• Experience in a cleanroom environment and wearing PPE.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process products, assemblies, components, and finished goods for quality and compliance.
• Perform visual inspections, measurements, and quality checks using documented procedures and tools.
• Review production paperwork, work instructions, inspection records, and quality documentation for accuracy.
• Document inspection findings and quality concerns per GMP and internal standards.
• Support nonconformance reporting, investigations, corrective actions, and improvements.
• Work in a cleanroom environment following gowning, PPE, GMP, and quality system requirements.
