Qualifications

• Pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation for member transportation (valid driver’s license and proof of insurance).

Responsibilities

• Follow the care plan and report on completed tasks.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Support routine house cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Transport members to appointments and errands.
• Assist members with self-administration of medications.
• Observe and report any changes in members’ condition.
