Job summary

ComForCare Home Care - Richmond/Glen Allen is seeking reliable, compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support to clients in Oklahoma. This role focuses on safety, comfort, and independence in clients' own homes.

We offer flexible schedules, both full-time and part-time positions, and paid training. Weekly pay and opportunities for overtime are available, along with referral bonuses and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong desire to help and support others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, empathetic, and understanding approach to care.
• Dependable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.
• Must be able to pass a background screening.

Responsibilities

• Remind clients to take prescribed medications
• Assist with mobility and movement within the home
• Support personal care and hygiene needs
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals
• Complete light housekeeping duties
