Qualifications

• Proficiency in English is required.
• Current CPR Card required.
• Current Health Screening as per state regulations required.
• PAS A competency evaluation completed per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assists with ambulation as applicable.
• Assists with nutritional and dietary needs.
• Maintains a safe and sanitary consumer environment.
• Provides medication reminders as directed.
• Maintains consumer confidentiality.
