University Home Care Inc is seeking a Direct Care Worker in Westland, MI to provide compassionate in-home care and assist clients with daily activities to promote independence and comfort.

You will follow individualized care plans, support mobility and personal care, and contribute to a safe home environment within a caring team. Competitive pay and opportunities for training are offered.

Competenze

• Previous experience in caregiving or direct care is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to clients’ homes.
• Background check and drug screening is a plus.
