Qualifications

• Previous experience in treatment center, group home, or home health care is preferred but not mandatory.
• Pay will vary based on experience.
• Familiarity with direct support practices for individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
• Experience in meal preparation and household management is beneficial.
• Knowledge of vital signs monitoring is an asset.
• A background in working with people with disabilities or memory care will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
