Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our home care team. You will assist clients with daily activities, monitor health, provide companionship, and support memory care needs. Accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance are essential.

We offer competitive pay from $14.00 to $16.00 per hour, plus insurance options, mileage reimbursement, flexible scheduling, 401(k) matching, PTO, and monthly caregiver bonuses to recognize dedication.

Qualifications

• State ID or Driver's License is required.
• Birth Certificate to verify identity.
• Proof of PA residency for 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes promptly.
• Provide memory care support and medication reminders.
• Document care using EMR/EHR systems.
• Prepare meals and support nutritional needs.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
