Job summary

MedStaffers/Alma Health in Berks County, Reading, PA, is urgently hiring Direct Care Workers to support clients in their homes. Full-time and part-time roles with Monday–Friday hours and flexible daylight shifts.

Duties include bathing, laundry, light housekeeping, medication reminders and companionship to promote independence. Successful candidates will have at least 1 year of caregiving experience, a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation; background checks and TB testing may be

• 1 year of home care experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to undergo a criminal background check and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, hygiene, and daily tasks.
• Help with laundry, light housekeeping, and meal prep.
• Provide medication reminders and companionship.
• Support independence and mobility in clients' homes.

URGENTLY HIRING! Berks County (Reading and surrounding communities). We are in need of Direct Care Workers to assist clients in their homes. Full time and part time hours Monday through Friday. Mostly seeking daylight hours but some flexibility. This is a great opportunity to help others while working around your schedule. Clients need assistance with tasks to maintain their independence at home. Tasks include bathing, laundry, light housekeeping (dusting, vacuuming, washing dishes, etc.) medication reminders and companionship.
