Job summary

SERENITY MEADOWS ASSISTED LIVING LL is seeking a Part-Time Female Caregiver for 30 hours per week to provide one-on-one care. You will assist with daily living activities and support a bed-bound client, including PEG tube care.

The role includes safe transport to appointments and community events, plus documentation and adherence to the care plan. Requirements include experience with bed-bound patients, CPR & First Aid certification, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to transport

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Care for a bed-bound client, including PEG tube care.
• Transport the client safely to appointments and community activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow the client's care plan.

Requirements:

• Experience with bed-bound patients and PEG tubes (preferred).
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to transport clients.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification.
• Updated TB screening and medical clearance.
• Must complete all required CMH certifications within 30 days of hire.

Nursing, CNA, Home Health Aide, or similar caregiving experience is strongly preferred.
