Job summary

365 Health Services is seeking a Direct Care Worker to join our team. The DCW provides physical care and emotional support to clients who may not manage daily activities due to illness, injury, surgery, or disability, ensuring comfort and dignity at all times.

Responsibilities include light housekeeping, errands, transportation, meals, personal assistance, and companionship in the home, with a respectful, patient approach and attention to safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Must be able to complete a Criminal Background report.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel and stand for (sometimes) a long period of time
